Citizens' Meetings

Citizens’ Meetings are held bi-monthly and feature updates from leadership, a meal, and a chance to connect with other Members and learn about the opportunities available for you and how you can become involved with McMurray Métis.

We offer monthly programs, annual events, services, and resources for all ages and work to serve the specific needs of our Elders, youth, and families.

McMurray Métis is Member-driven, creating community through opportunities to gather to celebrate and connect to our history, traditions, and culture.

Focusing on our Members, we reflect the strong people-oriented culture found in Métis communities and work to create a sense of belonging for all. We aim to improve the quality of their lives, highlight and promote their accomplishments, and provide support when needed, such as through our Community Development Services.
